Fort Worth, Texas – Allied Electronics is now stocking VCC FLX Series flexible light pipes, designed to deliver the simplest method of transmitting light from a PCB-mounted LED to a front panel.

Unlike other flexible light pipe products, VCC’s new FLX Series fiber-optic LED light pipes offer wider design capabilities for lens styles to include wide angle, moisture-sealed and high profile. The FLX Series comes in pre-cut lengths of 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 inches with easy to use LED interfacing for 3mm through-hole and surface-mount LEDs.

“With the addition of the VCC FLX Series to our product portfolio, Allied now offers engineers LED light pipes with wider design capabilities,” said Scott McLendon, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Allied. “Engineers can count on Allied to carry the latest optoelectronics product solutions.”
