Matching cores to demands in always on mobile applications

Always on, always connected mobile devices present a processing paradigm in that single cores just won't cut it and multicore designs are often too power hungry. ARM's big.LITTLE processing allows SoC designers to combine heterogeneous cores to get the best performance and efficiency out of next-gen mobile devices.
