(DTI) and Intel announced today an agreement to allow for continued sales of Intel’s MPCBL0030 (Thermopolis) CPU Blade by transitioning the product and all existing inventory to DTI. The MPCBL0030 board was designed and manufactured by DTI exclusively for Intel, and the board was not a part of Intel’s recent divestiture of its modular communications platforms business. The agreement allows DTI to continue to build the product for new and existing users, as well as to design additional follow-on products. In the agreement, DTI will also take on support and warranty services for all MPCBL0030 products sold by Intel. |
