MapuSoft Technologies (MT) announced the appointment of Mr. Raman Narayan as Regional Sales Director in the US. Narayan’s primary area of focus will include the Western U.S. and Canada, South America, and Asia. He will also contribute to the growth and success of MapuSoft’s global distributors. July 26, 2006, Mobile, AL – Today MapuSoft Technologies (MT) announced that The Boeing Company, acting as the Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) for the U.S. Army’s Future Combat Systems (FCS) program, has selected MapuSoft’s OS Abstractor solution for integration in the current build of their System of Systems Common Operating Environment (SoSCOE) architecture. MapuSoft’s OS Abstractor will enable SoSCOE to inter-operate across multiple operating systems and allow SoSCOE users to use an industry standard POSIX Application-Programming Interface (API) for software development.

MapuSoft Technologies, L.L.C. today announced OS Changer and OS Abstractor support for the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. OS Changer for Windows XP allows embedded applications to be easily ported from POSIX, VxWorks, pSOS and Nucleus to a Windows XP-based device. OS Abstractor for Windows XP will allow MapuSoft customer’s OS Abstractor applications to run on a Windows XP platform.

MapuSoft Technologies, LLC announced today the opening of a software development center in Chennai, India. This office will expand MapuSoft’s technical capability to develop and customize their OS Changer(R) and OS Abstractor(R) products.
