Glomation introduces new low power high performance ARM single board computer GESBC-9260.

The new GESBC-9260 single board computer is based on Atmel AT91SAM9260 System On Chop (SoC) embedded processor. The AT91SAM9260 high performance ARM core equipped with a very rich set of peripherals and yet with very low power consumption makes GESBC-9260 an idea system for embedded applications.

The GESBC-9260 are based on 200MHz Atmel AT91SAM9260 microcontroller. The standard features include,

- 64MB SDRAM

- 128MB NAND FLASH

- 10/100 Ethernet port

- 2 USB host port

- 1 USB device port

- 3 RS-232 port

- 1 RS-485 port

- SD/MMC socket

- on chip real time clock with battery – backup

- on chip watchdog timer

- Image sensor interface

- up to 20 GPIO lines

- 4 channel integrated 10 bit ADC

- memory expansion bus

- JTAG port

The optional features include 128MB SDRAM, up to 1GB NAND FLASH.

The pre-installed software include U-boot 1.3.3 and Linux 2.6.25. The Windows CE is also supported by the board.

The GESBC-9260 is priced at $69 for volume orders.
