Huayuan now supply Ultra thin-0.5mm RFID proximity card

While to use high quality etching antenna as RFID inlay laminated in the card, the card thickness can be down to 0.5mm.

The etching inlay insead of copper coil antenna, not only better physical performance(smaller thickness, high glossy surface expecially on RFID IC position) but also better electronical performance, good accordance in working frequency.

The most important, thanks to the improved production process. The cost is the same with normal RFID card.

Key Feature:

Bonding: FILP;

Card inlay: Etching aluminum antenna,

Housing: High level PVC/PET lamination.

Thickness: 0.5-0.8mm.

Card finish: Gloss finish/ Matte finish, Ultralight at surface.

Printing: Mass production Offset printing/Silk-screening.

The card is a ideal solution for the application require the card with high quality printing, and very thin thickness.
