New HiTOP debugger supporting Windows Vista

Hitex Development Tools has introduced HiTOP 5.30, the latest version of the company’s powerful debugger, which is used as IDE and user interface for all Hitex tools.

Hitex Development Tools has introduced HiTOP 5.30, the latest version of the companys powerful debugger, which is used as IDE and user interface for all Hitex tools.

The major enhancement in HiTOP 5.30 is the complete support of Microsoft Windows Vista.

Another special highlight is HiTOPOpen, a standardized interface that allows to connect own software components. This interface is used for example for the graphical trace viewer in the serial wire viewer extension for Cortex.

In addition, HiTOP 5.30 has been equipped with an efficient search feature allowing to search for text strings in folders and files. Also a new editor has been integrated to improve working within the source files and to enable the setting of bookmarks. To move windows and arrange different window layouts a new window layout tool has been integrated.
