Mocana embedded security within the WaveRider platform protects the equipment and operators from unauthorized access by authenticating and encrypting management connections.

Featuring OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) technology and incorporating the superior WaveRider Dynamic Polling MAC, the Mocana-secured LMS8000 Series is specifically designed to enable network operators to fully exploit the non-line of-sight advantages of the 900 MHz band. The WaveRider LMS8000 900 MHz Series provides industry leading throughput and subscriber capacity. NanoSSL is Mocana's super fast, super small SSL/TLS solution specifically designed to speed product development while providing best-in-class device security services for resource-constrained environments. NanoSSL is open-standards based, extensible, extremely small footprint, platform-agnostic and includes an optional government-certified FIPS 140-2 level-1- validated crypto core. NanoSSL includes a full-featured key generator and certificate management client, and even supports Government Suite B crypto algorithms and the new RFC standard for TLS 1.2.
