Adeneo Embedded demonstrates Microsoft Silverlight-based experience on Windows Embedded Compact 7 at Computex Taiwan

Adeneo Embedded reveals Silverlight-based demonstration application of Consumer Internet Device (CID) based on Windows Embedded Compact 7, developed with Microsoft and Texas Instruments

Adeneo Embedded, a Microsoft Windows Embedded Gold System Integrator and Microsoft Silverlight Partner, revealed today at Computex Taiwan a new Silverlight-based demonstration for Consumer Internet Devices (CID) running on Windows Embedded Compact 7.

This application demonstrating CID user experience was developed with Microsoft and Texas Instruments, running on an OMAP35x™-based tablet device.

With Windows Embedded Compact 7, OEMs can offer consumers the ability to share and manage content across networked devices, a simplified media player and the latest asset relationship management-based architecture and tools, including Silverlight.

Adeneo Embedded has been working with Microsoft since the first release of Silverlight for Windows Embedded, with the development of the Silverlight-based application used for the launch of Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3 at Embedded System Conference in Boston in September 2009.

At Computex, Adeneo Embedded further illustrates its expertise in helping OEMs with the development of rich user-interface devices with its new Silverlight-based application on Windows Embedded Compact 7, developed with Microsoft and Texas Instruments.
