Taiwan Commate Computer Inc.(COMMELL), the worldwide leader of Single Board Computers, introduced the 3.5" Embedded Miniboard LE-380 combined the AMD dual-core 1.65GHz 18W TDP T56N Accelerated Processing Unit(APU) and the AMD A55E Fusion Controller Hub, which is especially aimed at users who require solutions with high-performance graphics at low energy-consumption levels, combined with small form factors and cost-effective embedded applications such as Digital Signage, Thin Client, Information Kiosk, Point-of-Sale, and Casino Gaming, Media servers and Industrial control systems.
COMMELL LE-380 miniboard based on T56N APU that integrated a low-power dual-core CPU and a discrete-level GPU(AMD Radeon HD 6320), providing one DDR3-1333 SO-DIMM SDRAM up to 4GB and an array of video interface including VGA, DVI and 18-bit single channel LVDS. The T56N APU supports single or dual-independent high resolution displays and exceptional multi-media capability with hardware decode support for H.264, VC-1, MPEG2, WMV, DivX and Adobe Flash.
The LE-380 comes with PS/2 Keyboard and Mouse, 1 x RS232/422/485 and 5 x RS232, 1 x Printer port, 2 x SATAII and IrDA interface on-board, Networking is provided by Intel 82583 Giga LAN, 6 x USB2.0 ports and HD Audio are also integrated. A Mini-PCI slot and one PCIE mini card socket allows for easily using any wireless card or other add-on cards. Additionally, The operating voltage of LE-380 is from 5V to 24V DC that is ideal for vehicle computer applications.
