1 year 7 months ago

Irvine, Calif. (July 10, 2008) – As part of its ongoing PXI educational program, Geotest has teamed up with KineticSystems and Pickering Interfaces in presenting the “No Compromise Test Solutions Conference”, a seminar series designed to show test engineers and department managers the benefits of selecting mulit-vendor solutions when building test platforms.

“Designing a test system can be a complex undertaking, especially if youre considering multiple test platforms – such as PXI and LXI,” said Loofie Gutterman, president of Geotest. “With so many vendors to choose from, selecting the ones best suited to your application can be a daunting task. The ‘No Compromise seminar can help customers make more informed choices.”

Patrick T. Cassady, executive vice president of DynamicSignals, LLC (KineticSystems products), stressed the need to inform potential users that the “mix-n-match” capability is alive and well for the PXI family of products. “These educational seminars discuss the advantages of working with an organized system of hardware and software products that the customer can then leverage for their specific needs and applications, ” said Cassady.

Bob Stasonis, sales & marketing manager for Pickering Interfaces, agreed that the “No Compromise” seminar is an invaluable tool for engineers who are designing and building test systems. “What is important about this seminar series is that the attendee gets information from companies who are experts in critical areas of test such as switching, digital I/O, data acquisition, and software,” Stasonis said.

As part of the series, experts from each of the three companies will give technical presentations at several locations across the U.S. Upcoming venues include Boston, Mass. on August 12th and Dallas, Texas on September 23rd.
