OpenSystems Media (OSM), LLC announced its upcoming E-cast on Intel Core i7 Processor-Based System Building Blocks. The Intel Core i7 processor and its use as the core of a standard's based building block highlights the i7's special capabilities and its use in "standards based" 6U systems including CompactPCI, VME, and the latest fabric based VPX standard.
