German debug tool company Lauterbach has announced that it will be the lead sponsor of next year's UK Device Developers' Conference, an annual event for engineers and computer scientists working in the field of intelligent systems and devices.
The conference offers technical presentations, technical workshops and a vendor exhibition, and is an opportunity for engineers and computer scientists to meet and engage with expert from the companies that are developing the next generation of tools and technologies.
At this year's Conference Lauterbach presented two workshops that explained all of the ARM Cortex-M debug Coresight debug components and demonstrated how they can be used to debug and analyse an embedded system, enabling developers to accelerate development, whilst also building better quality devices. Both workshops were well attended and well received.
"We are pleased to announce our continued sponsorship of the Device Developers' Conference," said Barry Lock, UK Manager. "It is an ideal forum for us to discuss and demonstrate our latest debug tools and to meet with senior developers. The recent 2016 Conference was well attended, very well organised and offered a strong and productive agenda. We had no hesitation in agreeing to participate in next year's event."
The recent 2016 two-day event at Cambridge saw senior engineers from many of Europe's leading technology companies attend. Topics ranged from 'software security for internet enabled vehicles' to 'time triggered architectures for safety certified products' and from 'developments in memory devices' to 'hardware testing'.
"We are delighted to have Lauterbach on board for 2017," said Richard Blackburn, Conference Manager.
"Lauterbach always brings a great deal of knowledge and expertise to the conference, which is what makes this event so special. The Device Developers' Conference is very much focused on the technical aspects of embedded systems engineering and we hope, enables senior developers to make informed choices about their future projects, development tools and hardware platforms.”
The next Device Developers Conference is scheduled for late April 2017 and is expected to see further growth in both exhibitor and sponsor numbers but also in delegate attendance.
