New Internet of Things Analytics Allows Manufacturers to Understand How Customers Use Products

Manufacturers can now extend their Internet Analytics to their connected devices with Motomic’s new Internet of Things Analytics™ (IoTA) Early Adopter Program.

IoTA will be on demo at DESIGN West in the Embedded Software Store booth #1913

Tues. April 23, 11:30am - 7:00pm | Wed. April 24, 11:30am - 5:30pm | Thurs. April 25, 11:30am - 4:00pm

IoTA allows manufacturers to analyze customer interactions with their products by using the same web analytics tools they currently use for their websites - even for products that do not support browsers, HTTP, JavaScript and so on. IoTA is engineered for deeply embedded Internet of Things devices that use very low-cost, low-power, low-processing microcontrollers that are becoming pervasive in the ever increasing Internet of Things. IoTA works with devices that have a user interface which can be graphical, mechanical or even no interface.

IoTA gives immediate, actionable information on product use. IoTA allows customer interactions to be analyzed, providing benefits including:

• Improve decisions on new products, features and upgrades

• Improve support while reducing costs

• Raise perception of brand

IoTA will be available for purchase on the Embedded Software Store in Q2 2013.
