SECO's connectivity oriented embedded NUC with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410E
At this year's Embedded World Exhibition & Conference, SECO has been proud to preview the new SBC-B47-eNUC, an eNUC Single Board Computer with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410E processor.
SECO chose the embedded NUC (eNUC) form factor to launch a new partnership with Qualcomm®. As a founding member of the SGeT Consortium and aligned with its strategy for the Single Board Computer (SBC) market, SECO invested in the eNUC form factor. This new standard for SBC offers industrial grade characteristics, long term support and more efficient heat dissipation solutions, while the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ CPU guarantees ultra low-power efficiency, along with an impressive connectivity.
The SBC-B47-eNUC, 101.6 x 101.6 mm (4” x 4”) in size, features a WiFi + BT LE 4.0 module on-board,a Li-Ion Battery connector, 2-lane and 4-lane MIPI CSI Camera connectors, multiple audio options and various other interfaces such as 8 x GPI/Os and an Arduino connector. The OS options available on this solution include Linux and Android. Thanks to Qualcomm’s notable experience and success in the mobile market, the SBC-B47-eNUC will enable the use of Android for innovative projects in the embedded market space. This versatile module is excellent for a broad range of embedded applications, such as IoT gateways, home automation, robotics, digital signage and HMI.
