Sophisticated perfection for mobile device developers with full Touch functionality support

January 13th, 2009

Bratislava, Slovakia – January 13, 2009 – Resco, a supplier of advanced developer components and tools for mobile devices, announces release of MobileForms Toolkit 2009. The new Resco MobileForms Toolkit 2009 will be optimized for Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5.

After significant improvements to Resco MobileForms Toolkit 2008, Resco plans to take the new MobileForms Toolkit 2009 to a completely new level.

Major improvements can be expected in Touch functionality. In Resco MobileForms Toolkit 2009 all controls will be enhanced with Touch functionality support. Besides that, the graphic user interface was given a new, exciting look.

More and more mobile devices are equipped with touch screens. The touch screen is basically a must for every new mobile device. Responding to this trend, Resco is prepared to provide developers with its best tools.

“The Touch functionality has a native integration in Resco’s controls,” says Radomir Vozar, Resco’s Enterprise Solutions division director. “Therefore, all the developer has to do to add the Touch functionality to his/her mobile application is setup a single property in Microsoft Visual Studio.”

New features – better utilization

After analyzing customer feedback, the decision to implement new controls has been made. The main reason for expanding the toolkit is to fill the gaps in developer opportunities when creating a new software solution. The Touch technology in mobile devices is “in” and very useful as well. It simplifies the device control and in some situations its usage is more or less essential.

The new version of MobileForms Toolkit 2009 meets the most frequent requests of developers related to touch screen equipped mobile devices. The use of finger controlled mobile devices by field sales, business and technical representatives is increasingly popular and very practical.

Resco is aware of the potential of finger controlled applications and therefore implemented the Touch technology in most of its controls.

“The Touch screen enabled applications are not just trendy but very relevant in business situations,” says Ivan Stano, Marketing and Sales, Resco Developer Tools. “The Resco MobileForms Toolkit 2009 is designed to maximize developer productivity when dealing with Touch functionality enabled applications.”

By expanding the portfolio of controls in MobileForms, most needs of mobile device developers have been met. Resco MobileForms Toolkit 2009 continues the tradition of its robust and flexible predecessor implementing new state-of-the-art technologies.
