Mr. Weist has been with Rittal Corporation since its inception in 1982. For nearly three decades he has served in multiple sales, marketing and executive management capacities. At Rittal Corporation, Nichols will oversee all marketing activities as well as the OEM product, design engineering and technical service groups.

Mr. Barr joins Rittal Corporation with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management including the successful implementation of lean manufacturing processes in areas such as mixed-model production and multi-site manufacturing environments. His latest role prior to accepting his position at Rittal Corporation was as vice president of operations and engineering at Hunter Defense Technology.
