Xceive Names Brian Burns Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Senior Industry Veteran Brings International TV Semiconductor Sales and Strategy to Complete Company’s Transition into TV Market

SANTA CLARA, Calif. – April 16, 2008 – Xceive Corporation, the market leader in hybrid silicon tuners for television, PCs and the digital home, appointed Brian Burns as vice president of worldwide sales. In this role, Burns will continue building top-tier relationships and securing customer design wins and partnerships, such as recently announced deals with Shinco and Onida. He will also maintain the company’s market leading position in the PC business represented by customers such as Hauppauge.

Burns brings 25 years of experience in sales development, strategic planning and business development in the Asian markets, with 15 years of experience in the TV and consumer electronics industry through building sales organizations and strategic relationships.

Most recently with ViXS Systems, Burns served as vice president of the Asia Pacific group. Previous companies include Asia Pacific Ventures, CyberSource Corporation, Microsoft and Linotype Corporation.
