embedded world 2017: Embedded vision development do’s and don’ts from MVTec
MUNICH, GERMANY. MVTec Software GmbH will be showcasing its HALCON Embedded machine vision software technology at embedded world 2017 in Nuremberg, Germany, and conducting hourly presentations on debugging embedded vision applications. Additionally, a VDMA panel discussion on embedded vision will be held on March 15th from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Nuremberg Messe Hall 3A, and include panelists from ARM, the Embedded Vision Alliance, and MVTec.
MVTec demonstrations include machine vision and motion control using the HALCON deep learning OCR reader, which will combine with 3D matching technology to allow a robot to autonomously decipher information from a fruit label and engrave an image on the fruit according to the detected information.
embedded world 2017 attendees can visit MVTec at hall 4, booth 503 at the show, or find more information online at www.mvtec.com.
