Luxoft AllView II automotive cockpit showcases future of IVI

NEW YORK – Luxoft Holding, Inc has unveiled AllView II, a second-generation cockpit platform that demonstrates the company’s vision of in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) technology for future autonomous drive, , and automotive Internet of Things () designs. The AllView II technology demonstrator exhibits digital cluster, infotainment, driver monitoring, and connected services features within a GENIVI-compliant integrated human machine interface () software architecture and framework, and will be on display at various industry events over the next six months.

The AllView II showcases evolving in-car user experience (UX) concepts, such as the ability to transition between user control and autonomous driving mode on the same user interface (UI) through a workload-adaptive Car-2-X HMI, as well as an agile messaging co-pilot that provides the ability to safely respond to social media while driving. Other advanced integrations include natural language understanding and text-to-speech; gesture recognition; and control and driver monitoring through eye tracking. device, telecoms, and services are also incorporated into the reference platform.
